Registration & Account Management

When registering at ei777, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address and other required information. Providing false information or concealing information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account closure.

Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately.
If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and accumulated balances forfeited.

Account Closure & Cancellation

A player may request closure of their account at any time through the support team. ei777 also reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
If fraud, collusion betting or fraudulent activity is suspected.
If bonus abuse or improper use of offered incentives is proven.
If money laundering or illegal transactions are suspected.
If compliance with a government or legal directive becomes necessary.

In the event of account closure, any valid accumulated balance (if applicable and eligible under the Terms) will be returned by the applicable method.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are currently supported at ei777: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

Welcome Bonus Terms

ei777 offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit for new players, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

The account must be fully verified before claiming the bonus.
A minimum deposit of ৳500 must be made on the first deposit.
Bonus credit will be added to the account automatically.
The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳2,000 bonus, total balance ৳3,000; or a ৳16,000 deposit gives a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, total balance ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), and it applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit + bonus combined.

For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. Only after that will winnings earned from the bonus be withdrawable.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
There may be restrictions on using the bonus on certain games — the list of eligible games will be noted on the promotions page.
If wagering is not completed within a set time after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

Bonus Abuse Policy

If ei777 finds evidence of bonus abuse by a player, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it. Examples of abuse include:

Claiming bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts.
Placing opposing bets to circumvent bonus rules.
Exploiting system vulnerabilities to fulfil bonus conditions.
Multiple registrations using false information.
